Сancellation policy

Cancellation is possible without penalty 2 or more days before the arrival date.

If the reservation is cancelled 24 hours before the arrival date, 50% of the prepayment will be deducted.

If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the prepayment will not be refunded.

Changing the dates of stay or changes in the composition of the group is allowed without penalty for 2 or more days before the arrival date, however, it may lead to price changes depending on the dates selected.
